We at Aarsun believe in providing what you want. We customize the Temples and deliver at home. The size, the color, the design and even the wood is always as per your home requirements. Customization, to some, is a hassle. However, customizing temples as per the client’s requirement for more than 30 years, we found ourselves a great number of artisans at our disposal that can do wonders to a log of wood. So for us, it is a privilege.
One of such units is this wonderful Peacock Design Temple. Although the design also has elephants at the beneath the pillars guarding the Garbhagriha, the design is specifically peacock dominant.
The Peacock Design Temple is characterized by the Large Dome at the top with small but distinctive round ones at the adjacent . Both the sides at the top has floral railings. Two Peacocks saluting the third peacock in the middle, and the ornate peacocks on the pillars gives this temple a heavy look than its counterparts. The pillars are also thick and sturdy.
The sides of the Garbhagriha is partially concealed with a half jali, again with full peacock carved on both sides. The base includes 2 pull-out style drawers with knobs. The whole mandir stands firm with four tiger claw shaped legs. The prayer unit is made in Teak Wood – one of the most toughest hardwood in India, and is polished in glossy honey finish that does not lose its shine for many years. In fact, using teak wood makes the unit termite resistant and weather resistant for at least 10-15 years. And the grainy structure of teak wood is till visible with the honey polish.
