Still there may be return issues if,
- You did not like the product – as liking is personal, still we are here to serve you
- You received a damaged/ defective/ wrong product – inform us within 72 hours of receiving the product and we will provide you the best possible solution – return/ refund/ replacement

- Send us an image of the concerned product by email or Whatsapp
- We will analyse the issue and a customer service representative will contact you to resolve the issue within 24 hours
We do not accept returns for:
- Used Products/ product is not in the same condition as received
- All defective items to be returned or replaced, must be unused and in their original condition and packaging intact.

- For cancelled order(s) refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours. This time may be longer depending on the customer’s bank refund processing system.
- For damaged returned products, refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours of receiving the product back in the facility or the provided address. Returned products are subject to inspection and once the inspection is complete, email confirmation will be sent to the registered email address of the customer with details of the processed refund.
- For products returned by the customer “at will”, after the confirmation from the customer service, a service charge may be deducted as mentioned by the customer service representative during the conversation with the customer.
- No returns are accepted after 15 days of receiving the product.
