Returns – Refunds Policy

We at Aarsun Woods have more than 35 years of experience in supplying high quality wood products globally. We take extreme care in packing and shipment of the product and have best shipping companies on board to serve you.

Hereinafter the company refers to ” Aarsun” and the client refers to the buyer

We believe in a simple rule, “Any issues can be sorted out by mutual discussion”, we take 100% responsibility of our products and have professional packing and shipping companies working with us. We can provide images, videos of the ordered items before despatch and clients can check what they are going to receive

Still there may be return issues if,

  • You do not like the product –  as liking is personal, still we are here to serve you, we can discuss and try to provide a resolution, however the return charges are to be paid by the client
  • We may or may not accept returns in case of liking issues, this is completely at company’s discretion
  • For customized orders we do not accept any returns
  • You received a damaged/ defective/ wrong product  – inform us within 72 hours of receiving the product and we will provide you the best possible solution – return/ refund/ replacement

  • We will analyse the issue and a customer service representative will contact you to resolve the issue within 24 hours

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used Products*/ product is not in the same condition as received
  • All defective items to be returned or replaced, must be unused and in their original condition and original packaging.
  • Customized orders are not returnable, unless the issue is for damage/ quality

*Products once used are not returnable (especially temples as once they are used, they belong to your place)

Aarsun Woods has experience of selling on all the major online platforms like Amazon, Pepperfry, Flipkart etc and have handled thousands of shipments/ door-deliveries in India and out of India in last few years. Stay relaxed and for any issues, we are just a phone call away.

 Refunds

  • For order(s) cancelled by the company refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours. This time may be longer depending on the customer’s bank refund processing system.
  • For damaged returned products, refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours of receiving the product back in the facility or the provided address. Returned products are subject to inspection and once the inspection is complete, email confirmation will be sent to the registered email address of the customer with details of the processed refund.
  • For products returned by the customer “at will”, after the confirmation from the customer service, a service charge may be deducted as mentioned by the customer service representative during the conversation with the customer.
  • No returns are accepted after 15 days of receiving the product.
  • Products once used are not returnable.

Order Cancellation

All our furniture orders are customized to client’s requirement, we do not accept cancellation of orders for liking or personal issues. If the order is cancelled by the client, advance paid would not be returned.

Once the order is ready for despatch, we can hold the material for maximum period of 30 days in our warehouse on client’s request, if the order despatch is further delayed from the client’s end, we charge a demurrage fee based on the order volume on per day basis, After 90 days Aarsun would not be liable to hold the material, it can either be sold (on sale) and the advance amount can be forfeited as the case may be.
