I ordered sofa 2 numbers and the price felt ok but after a year the material used for both sofas started tearing off...I shared pics to them initially they responded then it was covid times they told they will have to send people from their state I told them not required now and asked them to find someone in in our place ...and i waited for so long and after covid I again contacted them they are not responding nor taking the calls at all....atleast they should respond and give alternate solutions ..very unhappy with the way they switched off when I have been nice to them . I had posted videos and pictures also how bad it looks just in a year to them.. better customer service expected ..i am in a fix what to do with the sofa hardly few years old..cannot ignore calls and complaints from customer..absolutely unacceptable especially when i have waited for so long .hope they will look into this
