Key Features & Design Elements
- Premium Teak Wood Structure: Hand-carved from solid Teak Wood (Sagwan), this temple is finished in a warm, natural honey-gold gloss polish that protects the wood while highlighting its rich organic grains.
- Ashtalakshmi Deities & Brass Bells: The central focus features four-panel folding doors meticulously carved with the eight divine forms of Goddess Lakshmi (Ashtalakshmi). The flanking side frames feature open lattice cutouts embedded with miniature real brass bells, which invite positive energy and resonance into the prayer space.
- Gopuram Crown & Spiral Pillars: The crown mimics a traditional South Indian temple tower, adorned with layered step-carvings and five elegant Kalash spires along the peak. The roof is firmly supported by heavy, spiral-twisted fluted pillars that frame the sides.
- Closed-Back Altar: The main inner sanctum (Garbhagriha) is entirely enclosed on the sides and back with finished wood panels, providing a secure and dedicated enclosure for deity idols.
- High-Capacity Base Storage: The lower unit features an integrated sliding bhog/diya tray for offerings, alongside a double-door bottom cabinet embellished with matching hand-carved floral panels to neatly store heavy pooja items, books, and oils.
