This 5 feet high Temple (including the bails at the top) has 3 main parts.

Shikhar/ Top/ Gopuram:

The Bell Temple design has a beautiful Shikhar / top with each level carved in a braided pattern. A South Indian Style design, the gopuram is inspired by the ancient South Temples. The bigger the temple is, the bigger and heavier the gopuram becomes.

The Central Part/ Garbhagriha:

Let us discuss the Garbhagriha. The garbhagriha is the place where we place our deities. Idols can be one or multiple, photo frames also, as per your traditions and beliefs. And that is the main reason to have steps inside. The issue is once we have a lot of idols / deities, if placed at equal level, they overlap each other, and this is not advisable as per the Vastu. Also, the space is also very limited. Hence, the steps are provided so that all of the idols are visible and are not overlapping each other.

The other reason is the height of the deities/idols should be at or above your chest height. The steps also provide extra height to the idols/deities.

The garbhagriha also has brass bells with coated silver in the middle which completes the look.

The Bottom Part of Gopuram Mandir:

The bottom space comprises a very convenient and large storage area – A lid-down style space in the middle with the Diya/Bhog Tray above, and 2 full-size cabinets on each side. The doors are also carved out in a similar floral pattern as the whole mandir is.

This design is made in a DIY fashion, i.e., the temple is made in parts for easy shipping. The unit can be easily assembled within minutes. For steps, you can refer to the video below.
