Shipping and Processing Charges – Standard Shipping
Shipping and processing charges for all items is based on the item size, weight, delivery destination, or other factors. We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all our designs, but please note that these times are estimates only. Shipping and delivery estimates are not a guarantee.
International Orders
To place an international shipping order, place your order online as normal. In the process of placing your order, you will see a screen message telling you that your postal code is not in our regular shipping zones. After you place your order, you will be contacted by e-mail with a shipping quote for you to approve.
After you place your order and approve any related shipping quote charges, you will be contacted by Customer Service via e-mail with the details on how to arrange payment to our bank. Please note that we are not responsible for any wire transfer fees or related charges. Shipping charges for deliveries outside of the continental U.S. will be quoted via e-mail within 3 business days of your order or request.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to your order for shipments “as per the local law”.
Damaged Merchandise
We make every effort to pack items so they will arrive at your door safely. Despite our best efforts, sometimes breakage does occur.
If you receive damaged merchandise we will replace it as quickly as possible. Be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery, and please keep all packing boxes and materials.
Not Getting Your Items?
When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you should consider the following:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
- Ground delivery only occurs during business hours, Monday – Friday excluding holidays.
Note: In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 10-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
