Ishan Kishan Scared Of BCCI's Strictness? These Tournaments Can Be Seen Before IPL 2024

Indian wicketkeeper batsman Ishan Kishan is not in action since November 2023. At present he is not even playing domestic cricket. In such a situation, his return to the team seems difficult.

At the same time, BCCI is unhappy with the reluctance of some players to play in domestic cricket, on which the board has shown strictness and given strict instructions to the players who are out of the Indian team to play the next round of Ranji Trophy.

Meanwhile, news has come that Ishan Kishan will be seen playing in the DY Patil tournament before IPL 2024. However, no information has been received yet about the young player playing in Ranji Trophy.

According to media reports, Ishan Kishan did not give time to his family due to cricket, due to which he took leave from cricket for so long. During this period he stayed away from cricket. It is being claimed that he can be seen playing in the DY Patil tournament.

In his career so far for India, Ishan Kishan has played two Tests, 27 ODIs and 32 T20 International matches. The 25-year-old wicketkeeper batsman has scored 78, 933 and 796 runs respectively.

Recently, while talking about the return of Ishan Kishan, the team's head coach Rahul Dravid had said that he will have to play 'some cricket' to make a place in the team. Dravid said, “There is a definite path of return for everyone. Whenever he is ready, he has to play some cricket and come back. It is for him to decide when he will start playing. We are not forcing him to do anything.”
