According to the Puranas, Lord Kalki will be born in a Brahmin family named Vishnuyasha at a place called Sambhal on the fifth day of Shukla Paksha of Sawan month. Lord Kalki's father would be a devotee of Lord Vishnu. Besides, he will also be knowledgeable about Vedas and Puranas.

According to mythological belief, with the incarnation of Lord Kalki, Satya Yuga will begin and Kaliyuga will end. Kaliyuga has started from 3102 BC, the first phase of which is currently going on.

It is believed that Kaliyuga will last for 4 lakh 32 thousand years, out of which 5126 years of Kaliyuga have passed and 426875 years are still left. That means there are still about 426875 years left for Lord Vishnu's Kalki incarnation to take place.

It is believed that as the time of Kaliyuga passes, atrocities and sins will increase on the earth, values will decrease in the person, disciples will not follow the teachings of the Guru, incidents of murder and robbery will increase and the policies of religion will end. , then Lord Kalki will incarnate to destroy unrighteousness and restore righteousness.
