After creating a stir in the Indian electric car market with products like E6 and Atto 3, now Chinese car company BYD is going to launch one of its popular models, named BYD Seal EV.
BYD Seal of Electric Sedan Plan is going to be launched on March 5. The UK company has started coaching SEAL and those who book it before April 30 can get a chance to study at the UEFA European Football Championship 2024. BVD has given him match tickets and air travel tickets.
For now, if we tell you about BYD seal, the length of this premium electric sedan is 4.8 meters, width is 1.87 meters, height is 1.46 meters and wheelbase is 2.92 meters. The company will import its parts from outside and assemble it at its plant in Chennai, India.
Inspired by the Ocean Aesthetics design language, this 5 seater sedan will feature LED headlamps, bumper mounted boomerand shaped LED DRLs, connected LED tail lamps, fixed glass roof, flush fitted door handles and other exterior features. Visually, this electric sedan looks quite awesome.
Talking about interior and features, it has futuristic interior, excellent dashboard, 15.6-inch rotating touchscreen infotainment system, 10.25-inch digital display unit, central AC vents, climate control, heated windscreen, audio system volume controls, 2 wireless charging pads. Along with this, other features including Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning and Collision Avoidance Assist will be visible under the Advanced Driver Assistance System.
Talking about battery, power and range, BYD Seal will get a powerful electric motor along with a battery pack of 82.5 kWh, which will generate maximum power of 230 HP and peak torque of 360 Newton meters.
BYD Seal can be introduced in the Indian market in the price range of up to Rs 50 lakh and will compete with Hyundai Ioniq 5, Kia EV6 and Volvo C40 Recharge.
