Swamy Deity is at the right corner of the Garbhagudi but looks as if it is at the center.

The lamps lit in front of the deity are burning since eternity.

The source of the milk, flowers, and other items used for the rituals come from a 20km away village the name of which is still a mystery.

It is said that the hair on the head of the Deity are silky and original.

The flowers offered to the Deity when dried are thrown behind the idol and is believed a waterfall carry away them to a place about 20 kms away from temple.

Even when Camphor causes cracks and fissures to a stone after long exposure, the Stone idol is still not affected by it.

One can experience sea waves sound when ears are pressed on the walls behind the idol.

The idol is always found moist all day.

It is a custom to first visit Sri Varaha Swami temple before Tirupati Temple.

It is believed that Viraja river flows beneath the ground at the feet of Lord Balaji.
