3.Wood wax

Wood wax produces a deep shine which brings the old glow to your Wood furniture units.

4.Turpentine oil or boiled linseed oil

Mix a 50-50 solution of boiled linseed Oil (अलसी के बीज) and Turpentine Oil (तारपीन). Apply the mixture to the surface evenly using a cotton rag. You can apply as much as you want. Just keep the layer thickness. You can also brush it, but cotton rag is a preferred choice. The oil will sink in the wood quickly. In case the surface still shines after a few minutes, wipe off the excess and dry your rug.

5.Using Toothpick & Toothbrush:

Carved Wood Furniture is really tough sometimes. In order to reach the small areas, use toothpick to remove excess dirt or use a toothbrush to simply brush away the dust from those beautiful floral carvings on your wooden furniture.

6.Using Crayons & Markers

Scratches!! Scratches are also a pain. Use Crayons from your kid’s drawing set to get this task done. Rub the furniture unit down with a crayon that is slightly lighter than the unit. Follow with the slightly darker shade than before. A soft cloth or cotton swab rubs away the extra crayon wax. If the area is hard to apply pressure with a crayon, use a permanent marker matching the wood’s color. Some markers have fine tips that allow reaching into tight spaces.
